We ask that all families interested in child care complete a Waitlist Form.  This starts the process of understanding your families needs and how we at SP CCC can help you meet those needs.

If your child is 2 years of age or under we require these additional forms:

If your child is enrolled in St. Paul’s School’s Pre-K and Kindergarten programs:
Parent Information Sheet - ECC​ - 3K, 4K, Kindergarten
25-26 Extended Care Forms for 1-8 grades students requiring before school care and after school care. This also explains if your child is not registered with the child care program how late pick-ups will be handled for Pre-k and Kindergarten students.
